THE COMPANY SKAN COLOR has all the attestations, certificates and approvals ITB and NIH, the Certificate of Compliance with Technical Approval ITB No 62/1997 CZ, which enables us to manufacture products for use in residential and public buildings.

SKAN COLOR grants a warranty for product design, quality of frames and glass, as well as for authorized assembly. The warranty for plastic windows and doors covers the period of 5 years from the time of purchase:

• Defects discovered within the warranty period, resulting from the fault of the manufacturer, will be removed at the earliest possible time,
• The manufacturer is not liable for defects arising from faulty installation by the buyer,
• After receiving a warranty card after purchase, the buyer is asked to examine its content and confirm it with a signature on the document,
• Any dispute arising from the transaction, and not governed by this Charter, shall be settled based on properly applied provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable regulations in this regard.
